BODYWORK + MASSAGE
60m includes - Myofascial + Integrative Massage + Cupping Therapy to back, Gua Sha, Craniosacral.

90-120m+ includes - The above with the option of adding the following: hand/face/foot reflexology, face gua sha/cupping, Thai abdominal work, hot stone (subject to availability), Honohono Honohono, and more.
This full body treatment is a combination of table massage techniques geared towards loosening adhesions and held patterns in the body while promoting circulation and relieving chronic tension. These sessions are tailored to your preferences and are highly customizable.

In these sessions we workshop specific areas or issues of concern and can address them with any combination of the following:
Thai Massage, Myofascial Technique, Acupressure, Trigger Point (hands and massage gun), Tok Sen, Gua Sha, Vacuum/Massage Cupping, Reflexology, Craniosacral, ... etc
SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE 3:
ENERGY WORK + MASSAGE
This 90 minute session can begin with an oracle or tarot card reading, it then continues with a full body treatment that combines both energy work and a flowing integrative massage to balance and clear the stagnation within the energy field.
Crystals and/or sound healing can be integrated into these sessions upon request (as well as components of bodywork).
