YOGA

VINYASA
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
RESTORATIVE
This is a cooling practice that targets connective tissue in the body - holding poses for longer periods of time. Props can be used as support for full relaxation. In addition to the poses, meditation and/or breath work are added for additional body & mind rest. You will leave refreshed, relaxed & renewed. This class is great for all-levels.
GENTLE/SLOW FLOW
Great for those who are looking for a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported, relaxing practice. In these classes, we delve into finding the space between poses while still retaining moments of the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga. The class is comprised of mostly seated poses or with longer holds.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra refers to "yogic sleep", but the practice is actually one of awakening through every level of being. This class begins with gentle movements & breathing exercises to enhance relaxation, followed by a long period of time spent reclined on the back with the option of props to help with comfort. In this time you are you are guided through a specific form of Meditation aimed to release muscular, emotional & mental tension.
YOGA FOR GRIEF
Yoga for grief provides a safe, restorative, non-judgmental, loving place to combine breath with movement. Grief yoga focuses on postures that specifically help the grieving body. It can help loosen the emotional and physical tightness from grief. The practice of yoga allows people to tap into their parasympathetic nervous system, which can bring about rest. Yoga and grief can be life-long practices which are both shifting and changing.

Cancellation Policy: In consideration of the time needed for these sessions, a 24 hour notice is requested for any appointment cancellation, otherwise missed services will be charged at full value
